Replace resistor. Resistor is somewhere along heater box. Has 4-5 wires coming out of it and is held into hearer box by 2 screws. Please let me know if you have questions.

Hot air from air condtioner

Have you checked the Freon levels in the air unit? You may just need to add Freon.

Does air condtioner have fuses cause the air just blows hot air install new ac unit

If there was a new compressor installed, did you plug it in?

There are LOTS of things that can cause an A/C system to just blow hot air. It could be an electrical problem or it could be a hole in the system that is allowing all the freon to leak out. The system needs to be properly diagnosed before anyone can help you.

CEL on with PO128 code. Recently replaced radiator and thermostat. No engine cooling issues, had a leaking rad. Checked coolant flow; hot and cold, normal. Was going to replace ECT sensor, but want to...

A code P0128 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
  • Low engine coolant level
  • Leaking or stuck open thermostat
  • Faulty cooling fan (running too much)
  • Faulty ECT Sensor
  • Faulty intake air temperature (IAT) sensor
Possible Solutions Past experience indicates that the most likely solution is to replace the thermostat. However here are some suggestions on troubleshooting and repairing a P0128 OBD-II code:
  • Verify coolant strength & level
  • Verify proper cooling fan operation (check if it's running more than it should). Replace if necessary.
  • Verify proper engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor operation, replace if necessary.
  • Verify proper intake air temperature (IAT) sensor operation, replace if necessary.
  • If the above items check out good, replace the thermostat

Engine hot ... heater cold ?

Check the coolant level, it could be as easy a fix as adding coolant because it's low. Low level causes engine to overheat, and low level won't circulate to heater core, so no heat situation even though engine is running hot. Let me know if this fixes it, if not I'll help .
