You will have to get the code from a local Honda automotive dealership in your area . You will need the display code or serial number and proof of ownership for the vehicle before they will give you the proper unlock code for your radio .

I need the code of a serial number 11121299

my guess, this is the RADIO (you never said what it was) serial number.
if you lost the radio code, you must go to honda dealer
with the radio code and get it.
the car cam new with a card, showing this number.
the operators guide, states, get the number from the radio
day one, or first time the battery goes (car bat) dead, the radio will lock out. its too late for that now , but do read the operators guides. they are free for all honda's . missing in glove box. ?

Hello I have an Hond Accord Tourer, and when the

ask honda dealer.
the operators guide warns of this. did you read it?
the guide warns, many times. page 213 in yours..
do not remove batttery before pulling your radio code.
that be for leaving head lights on and running it flat too.
now you need honda to help you, to unlock it.

you must be second owner, and lost the card that came with car
see page 213 , it says that.
if lost?
the dealer gets the radio serial number and looks up your secret code.
you and now read the lost manual.... again... page 213
