 Remove Ashtray
 Remove Glove Box Door
Remove Glove Box (yes it is necessary)
Undo all screws on the center dash piece. there are two up top, two on the bottom and 2 or 3 under the dash
In the open space where the glove box is, find the temp control cable and unhook it from the heater box. Should be a screw and a fastener
GENTLY pull the panel loose. Remember this part is 20+ years old and not easily replaced if broken
Unhook all wires and vacuum lines from the rear of the climate controller remove all wires from radio.
unscrew the radio part of the center dash piece from the metal support frame. it should be str8 forward and easy to do.

I have done this a few times and it now takes about 10 minutes for disassembly but you should probably figure an hour to an hour and a half to do this.
