Question about 1999 Pontiac Grand Am GT
This is a faulty ABS Module. Have the ABS module checked or replaced.

Hi without actually listening to it , it sounds like to me something is shorting, its electrical, try checking the earth's around the engine/motor especially the one on the starter, and also the main earth from the body to the engine/motor also the main battery terminals they might have come loose...hope this helps
