Hello. I have a 2001 GMC Savana G3500. It's a small box truck. Recently while driving the engine just all of a sudden shut off on me. No weird noises or small bangs or anything. It just stopped. The power steering went out and it was a struggle to get it to the side of the road safely and now it won't start. This happened once before just like this when I ran out of gas. When I tried to start it up it seems like it's just about to start but it won't. The way that it just died all of a sudden makes me suspect it's a problem with the fuel system. Is fuel not getting where it needs to go?
Check your fuel pump is operating also check your fuel filter and check your fuses
