Engine oil mixing into coolant

The only place, oil and water share a gasket is the cylinder head gasket, oil and water galleries run through the engine block and head via the head gasket. The cylinder pressure will be OK, it's the oil pressure that's putting the oil in the coolant, the gasket has gone between the water and oil galleries or there is an internal crack (unlikely). A coolant pressure test should show it up.

Water poured out and water in my oil

Water in the oil can only mean a few things: a blown head gasket, intake manifold gasket (on some engines), a cracked/broken cylinder head, or a cracked/broken cylinder wall in the engine block.

In any of these cases, it is going to require major engine repair to fix it. There may be moderate to severe damage to the engine bearings (cam and crank bearings) due to the water in the oil. I would recommend TOWING it to a professional repair shop to get an evaluation of the damage. You may be able to fix it with a head gasket replacement and an oil change, or you may have to replace the entire engine. DO NOT OPERATE THE ENGINE OR TRY TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. This will only GAURANTEE that you will need to replace the entire engine!

2004 vw touareg 2.5 tdi the oil sump was full of water and oil mix, also inlet manifold had oil and water mix.number 5 cylinder had locked up and engine would not turn,so i removed glow plugs and cranked...

Can not be water pump, because that has a vent hole to the outside, and does not at all allow access to crankcase or cylinders. Oil cooler is also unlikely because oil is under more pressure than the water, and it would not get into the cylinder.
Water in the cylinder means up high.
That means head gasket or cracked head.
You can tell with a leak down test.
You borrow the gauge from a place like Autozone, and replace the water reservoir cap with it. Over pump it, about 30 psi. And watch for leaks. If same cylinder keeps filling, then you know where the bad gasket or head crack is. Diesels often crack heads. Not hard to do, but new head is not cheap. Probably $500 for part, $400 labor.

Water getting into oil

If its just condensation in the oil cap or dipstick, to some degree its normal. However if you have water in the oil and its very creamy in texture, its probably a head gasket leak, or cracked head. Its important to get it repaired soon, or total engine bearing failure will result.

Oil licking for my doge caravan 1998, how do i repaire or replack

The oil doesn't leak from the head gasket, Unless it is broken. The oil is inside the engine, the head gasket seals out the water from the cylinder walls, and keeps the compression in. No oil, It could be coming from the rocker cover gasket just above the heads. They always leak. The engine sits at a slight pitch to get the oil out and down. And it usually leaks at the rear the most. Changing those gaskets is a job, you have to remove everything up top of the engine to get to them, then seal up the spark plugs too if they are in the covers. I did mine a few years back and they are just starting to leak again. It only has 250,000 miles, go figure. Check it out, hope this helps.

Alot of white smoke is coming out the exaust pipe

Ouch!
White smoke means water (steam) in the engine cylinders, coming from the cooling system....
broken head gasket or cracked cylinder wall.

1998 - you might want to temporarily use an engine sealer. AutoZone can advise which is best for plugging a head gasket leak.
It will need to be replaced ($200+) and get valve job done ($100) at an ato parts store that has a machine shop, since the valve head must be removed to replace the gasket between thr head and the engine block.

Not likely, but it could be water in your gas tank. Did you just fill up?
or was the car driven with an over-heated engine?

Look at the opil dipstick. There will be a milky substance in the oil. That's water mixed with oil.

Leaking oil put of tail pipe, is the cooling sensor important, head gasket blown how do you know

Never seen oil come from tail pipe (unless a piston has a broken ring or a hole burned in it.) Cooling sensor tells the computer the engine temp and the computer turns the fan on through the fan relay. Very important for it to work. A blown head gasket will make the engine overheat, can cause white smoke from tailpipe, coolant loss and extremely rough running. Also can cause coolant in engine oil or oil in radiator. What you may be seeing may be water mixed with carbon from the inside of the pipe. Excessive water coming form pipe is also a head gasket symptom. A compression test or cylinder leakdown test or a radiator hydrocarbon test will tell you if gasket has failed.
