1987 Nissan pickup 4 cylinder z24 interior light tail light wiring schematics

If you still need it, here 'ya go:

Is this one of the greatest vehicles of all time or what? Well over 300,000 miles and still have 175 lbs. compression all 4 cylinders - not 1 lb difference and 28-30 MPG to boot. That's why they stopped making the Z24i :).

Why my break lights won't go off?

Are you talking about the lights themselves, or the brake indicator on the dash for the parking/emergency brake? If it's the latter, the mechanism underneath is probably rusted up to the point the sprint doesn't have enough grunt to fully retract the cable after you release the parking brake. Otherwise, check the switch for the brake lights down my the brake pedal.

I have a 1987 nissan pickup. The brake lights quit working. what would make them stop working?

Sounds like brake light switch has gone bad. It's just above brake pedal under dash. Small plastic switch with a couple wires coming from it. Simple fix.

Dash brake light indicator stays on while emergency brake is released

There might be to different issues, the emergency brake switch is broken ,normally is located in the end of the handle, or the brake fluid reservoir is below the mark either due to a leak or wear in the brake linen,
