Given that most of the trouble codes are for the O2 sensor, I think I would change it. The multiple misfires could be because of improper fuel/air mixture caused by a bad sensor. Disconnect the negative(-) battery terminal then change the sensor. Disconnecting the negative(-) should reset the computer and allow the fuel/air mixture to return to default allowing the engine to start.

P0138 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
The rear heated oxygen sensor (or sensor 2), after three way catalyst
(manifold), monitors the oxygen level in the exhaust gas on each bank. Even if switching characteristics of the heated oxygen sensor 1 are
shifted, the air-fuel ratio is controlled to stoichiometric, by the
signal from the heated oxygen sensor 2. This sensor is made of
ceramic zirconia. The zirconia generates voltage from approximately 1V
in richer conditions to 0V in leaner conditions. Under normal conditions the heated oxygen sensor 2 is not used for engine control operation.
Causes:
- Harness or connectors (The sensor circuit is open or shorted)
- Rear heated oxygen sensor (Bank 1) may be faulty
Solutions:
Replacing the O2 Sensor 2 usually takes care of the problem
P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2
Causes:
- Harness or connectors (The sensor circuit is open or shorted)
- Rear heated oxygen sensor (Bank 1) may be faulty
Solutions:
Replacing the O2 Sensor 2 usually takes care of the problem
P0463 - Fuel Level Sensor Circuit High Input
The fuel level sensor is mounted in the fuel level sensor unit. The
sensor detects a fuel level in the fuel tank and transmits a signal to
the ECM or PCM, It consists of two parts, one is mechanical float and the other side is
variable resistor. Fuel level sensor output voltage changes depending on
the movement of the fuel mechanical float.
Causes:
- Fuel level sensor circuit harness or connectors is open or shorted
- Fuel level sensor may be faulty
Solutions:
Replaced fuel level sensor.

They are codes for your O2 Sensors..........Depending on codes, maybe more then one issue involved.
SOURCE: replaced:plugs,wiresdistributor,fuel pump.truck wouldn't start before
P0135 means 0xygen heater circuit malfunction, P0141 mean 02 heater circuit bank1 sensor 2 (this is catalytic monitor) P0147 means 02 heater sensor circuit bank 1 sensor 3, P0300 is random misfire. You will get all the 02 code because of the misfire correct the misfire and the 02 should correct. We will start with the plug wire and make sure the firing order is correct 1996 chevy blazer that will make it a 4.3 engine size check the firing order firing order is 165432 also check the coil (it has a tendency to short you will know if it is) make sure the distributor rotation is check
