The evap drain? Towards the lower part of the firewall about in the center or slightly to the passenger side?

If there is coolant coming out of that than the heater core is leaking.

Heater core

Sounds like a bad heater core. You will get steam/vapor out of vents from this. If you are referring to the over flow tube being the evaporator drain tube at the firewall its because the heater core shares the same case with the A/C and its filling up with anti-freeze.

How to release air from the radiator

These can be a real pain. There is a bleeder valve where the top radiator hose attaches to the engine. Open it with a wrench or pair of vise grips. Top off the overflow container and start the engine. Let it run and when antifreeze starts running out the bleeder top it off in the overflow then tighten the bleeder. I have also had to take out the thermostat and fill the engine block with antifreeze before doing the above.

I cant find where the radiator cap is on my 97 jetta glx to refill the radiator the reservoir is full just need to fill the radiator but dont know where???

Your overflow cap is your radiator cap. What you may want to do is check the thermostat housing for a bleeder. Just in case the thermostat housing is where your upper radiator hose mets your engine. On top of it may be a bleeder valve. Let the car come up to normal temp and open the valve slightly until antifreeze comes out then tighten it up.

Why is the car leaking antifreeze?vehicle leaking antifreeze and i do not know why, from where?

First check hoses and water pump while car is hot and running. If you find nothing then let car cool down and fill overflow container. Get engine hot again. When engine is hot turn off car and check the overflow tube coming out of the overflow tank. If it is spitting antifreeze then you have air in the system. Bleed system by opening the 7mm bleeder. You may have to do this a few times until all air is out of the system and overflow stops spitting antifreeze.

My heat is not working in my car. i tried first

There won't be a "valve" to put antifreeze in. There will be a radiator overflow tub. This will be located off the side of the engine compartment, near the front corner. (To locate, follow the overflow hose from the radiator cap to the catch tub.) You can replace radiator fluid in there, or in the radiator itself. That should get you some heat.

Oil in the antifreze over flow tank

Yes, oil in the antifreeze typically comes from a blown head gasket. To verify, start the truck and watch the overflow tank you should see what looks like a back flow or bubbles. By the time the truck get to normal temp, it'll be obvious.
