Do you mean the ECU sensor thermal switch If so you can find this at most auto part stores or at hyudai parts .com temp sensor for ECU

Check the thermal blower lockout switch located in the heater inlet hose. To check for a faulty thermal blower lockout switch, remove the connector from the switch and check for continuity through switch with engine warm. Check the condition of the vacuum lines and electrical connections before and after the switch.

My fiat Doblo cooling fan stays on when engine is switched off


A significant number of cars have an electric cooling fan supplied by a battery live rather than an ignition live because it is believed the cooling fan should be able to start or to continue running after the engine has been switched off.
Coolant will continue to circulate after switch-off due to thermo-syphon activity and it could reduce mechanical stress on engine components to continue cooling.

Some people modify the cooling system by fitting an additional manual switch to over-ride the thermal switch for use when standing in traffic, for whenever continuous operation is desired or to use in emergency should the thermal switch operation fail.

In the absence of such a modification that has been inadvertently switched on the fault will be due to a faulty thermal switch, a faulty or stuck relay or shorted wiring. Disconnecting the thermal switch should stop the fan and if it does it indicates the switch is faulty. The switch is mostly fitted into the radiator header tank but sometimes is fitted to the bottom tank or the thermostat housing.

When start the engine all the lights are blinking


NEVER remove the battery cable when the engine is running. It can damage the alternator and a lot of other electronics on the vehicle. The alt will go to the full charge mode. Most all of the dash warning lighs shut off thru a circuit that goes to the alternator. Check your wiring for loose connectors or a grounding wire.

there is a thermal fan switch and relay that operate the fan ...first thing is to disconnect the fan plug and power the fan and see it works..then check the thermal switch is working and the relay

How to replace seal on steering gearbox,1983 suburban 1/2ton 4x4


If its liking from where the 4 scrwes are? U just remuve those 4 nuts, clean the cap and the gearbox, and install th new seal. If is liking from semewhere alse. It will be an O-ring and u have to take it all appart and rebild it. The new gearbox cost only$90.00 u can replesed th whole thing better. Good look

Water temperature rising cooling fan not coming on


You need to check the thermal switch for the fan which is located on the radiator or on the intake manifolds. If the switch works fine when it reaches operating tempuratures, then you need to temporarily hot wire the fan by bypassing the thermal switch to see if the fan runs.

No heat


No Blower in Floor Mode
A customer arrives with a 1983 to 1995 Full Size Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury
automobile with automatic temperature control. If the complaint is no blower operation when
the floor mode is selected, the vehicle may have a problem with the thermal blower lockout
switch also referred to as the CELO (cold engine lock out switch).
The thermal blower lock out switch is located in the heater core intake hose. The two
wire switch has a thermal element with a small set of contacts, the contacts are open when the
coolant is below 120°F and closed when the coolant is above 120°F. The thermal blower lock
out switch also contains a vacuum switch, which applies vacuum to the outside/recirculate
valve when the system is in the floor position. When the engine coolant is below 120 degrees
and the selector is set to floor position, the thermal blower lock out prevents blower from
turning on and closes off the outside air during engine warm-up. When the coolant
temperature is above 120 degrees, and the selector is set to the floor position, the thermal
blower lock out switch allows the blower to operate and opens the outside air door.
In order to diagnose this problem, test the thermal blower lockout switch with the
engine at normal operating temperature (above 120°F). Unplug the wire harness connector
from the thermal blower lockout switch. Using a 15-amp fused wire, jumper the harness
terminals to test the switch. If the blower comes on, the thermal blower lock out switch is
faulty. If the blower doesn’t come on, look for an open between the control head selector and
thermal blower lock out switch.
In some cases the blower may continually run even when the engine temperature is
below 120 degrees. Unplug the thermal blower lock out switch and if the blower motor turns
off, the thermal blower lock out switch is faulty. If the motor continues to run, look for a
short to power between the control head selector and thermal blower lock out switch
