Is there a headlight wiring loom for a chrysler voyager, or do I have to replace the entire headlight unit

Fuses 8 and 9 are headlights.

If all other windows work its not fuse. Either motor, switch or wiring. Try opening door at different angles and try window. If it starts working you have a compromised wire(s) in door jam loom.

you can buy ready made wire loom connector for most radio/vehicle have a look online only a few $ makes a neater and more secure connection

THERE IS A HEADLIGHT RELAY IN POWER CENTER NEAR BATTERY

Hi Had the same problem with my 2001 Voyager. I decided to replace the factory double din size radio/cd with a Kenwood. The Kenwood poered up but no sound. There was one wire that did not connect from the original radio unit even though I had bought the correct wiring loom to connect the new unit. It turns out that this wire sends a signal to a relay in the fuse box under the bonnet to turn the amp on. This wire does not send 12volts but a signal of some kind. The cure was to take a live direct to the front rh relay and this then powers up the amp and everything works fine. Hope this helps.

IT MAY BE STILL SOCKET PROBLEMS. THEY ARE MADE BY CHRYSLER & THE BAD SOCKETS ARE ON A LOT OF CHRYSLER PRODUCTS. YOU MAY HAVE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE LAMP UNIT

the entire dash, door to door top to bottem has to be removed to be able to take out hvac housing so you can take apart to get at the core [recomend do heater core at same time] the dash comes out as an entire unit guages and all. bolts on ends under plastic covers,on top near winshield under vent trim.,bolts on floor in center below radio and a/c controlls,steering column has to come out. multiple wire connectors etc. its an all day job for a pro so its going to take awhile but its pretty straight forward

this is a one piece part hub and bearing assy. even if auto parts sales you bearing separated highly recommend to replace whole unit

Disconnect the wires leading to both of the fans. Remove the cross-member that goes over the radiator. Remove the four bolts securing the fan assembly and lift it out.

This problem is usually associated with the headlight switch. make sure wire plugs are tight and secure or you may need to replace the switch
