Manual how to replace transmision oil

The easiest way to do it would be loosen the transmission oil pan bolts on one side of the pan and work your way around each side of the pan working from one corner. As you work your way around fluid will start to leak from the initial corner. Let the fluid leak out until it is down to the level of the pan. Hold the pan up and finish removing the remaining bolts and then dump remaining fluid still in the pan. Change the fluid filter while you have the pan off and clean the pan and gasket surface and re-install the pan using a new gasket. Then fill with clean fluid and you are good to go.

Where is the transmission fluid drain plug located on a lexus 300sc

never really worked with lexus, but most vehicles do not have a transmission fluid drain plug, you need to remove the drain pain of the transmission, the transmision will be behind the engine under the car and there should be 15-20 bolts most likely 10 ml bolts becarefull taking them off, and start at one corner and work around till most of the fluid is drained get a new gasket and filter before you try this i would recomend getting a hayns or chitlon manual for your car from your local auto parts store so you have pics to help you

2004 Pontiac Vibe has 77,000 miles. Transmission fluid appears brownish. Do you recommend a flush? Should pan be dropped and filter be replaced? Can a flush cause damage to the transmission?

I recomend servicing the transmision every 50,000 miles. ie: drop pan replace filter and gasket, clean the sump. A flush also gets more of the fluid changed but I would do that in conjunction with a normal service.

My transmision fluid is black and two transmision mechanics say if you change transmision fluid the car wont run no more is this true sombody please help me they are saying im going to need a new...

The mechanics lied to you. Changing the transmission fluid and screen will not cause any car not to run. Just as you need to periodically change the oil, the same holds true for transmission fluid. Though the fluid is black, yoou state that you have no slippage or nothing out of the ordinary. If that is the case, then you do not need a new transmission. Just have the fluid and screen replaced and all will be fine. Make sure to pick up a transmission pan gasket while you get the necessary fluid and screen. Again, changing the fluid will not cause any car to not run. It is safe to perform the fluid change.

Transmision level fluid Baleno esteem 2002 susuki

The proper fluid level is marked on the dip stick. With the engine running and in park, raise the hood and remove the dip stick from the autotrans filler tube. With a clean rag, wipe down the stick and then place the dip stick all the way back in the tube again, and then pull it out once more.
Holding the stick level, you can now read what the fluid level is.

If you add any fluid, do so in small amounts, such as a half a pint at a time.

Do not add fluid with engine running.
