Heater is alternating hot and cold air, opened hood to check resivoir and its empty, fluid all aroud the tank of my 2002 ford taurus ses?

You need proper fluid level for consistant heat you may have a leak or crack in overflow bottle,Either replace it or find crack and epoxy it.Remember to run car with cap off for a little while while heat is on max to make sure all air is out of system. good luck

I just changed the thermostat on my vehicle and also put a new radiator in. My car blowing freezing cold air when i have it on hot. what might be wrong with my heat?

if you had any kind of heat before you started, you probably have air trapped in the heater core in the the rest of the coolant system

The air condition works great. When it got cold out i tried to put the heat on and it blows out cold air I changed the thermostat and still the same problem.

Check the coolant level, and flow to the heater core. You can check the flow by seeing how hot the heater hoses are. If they are getting flow and coolant level is ok, then you may have an air pocket in the cooling system, these have a bleeder on the t-stat housing to allow you to bleed the air out of the cooling system. If this is ok, then you may have a faulty temp blend door, blend door actuator, or cable.
