On my Chrysler 300 Touring, 2005, the wipers would not turn off, even with the engine off and key out. Didn't know where the fuse was so I pulled the connector off the wiper motor with great frustation removing the connector pins to the windshield cowl.

Hello. Simply remove the 'windshield wiper' fuse. It seems your windshield wiper motor is 'hard wired'; comes on when you turn on the ignition switch. That's not good!
Owner's manual should have identification of fuse box and it's location.
Or perhaps a repair manual
