My engine on my 1.9dci Laguna 2005 has blown. Is there another engine I can fit? Example a Nissan Almera?

Salvage yards have a fairly decent computer system that will cross reference interchangeable cars with no changes. Any engine swaps that don't match will be motor mounts, tranny, driveshaft, computer, and many surprises on the way. It is possible but if you want your car back for driving soon, replace with same or something they say matches.

I have a subaru sti 555 and i wanted to fit a subaru legacy engine with ecu. but the wiring does not match at all. why is this so

Now you are beginning to understand why (at least in the United States) it is illegal to fit an engine other than the same engine and calibration that the chassis was certified with.

Po190 lincoln 2003 ls

DTC P0190 - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
Check fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge and check the reading of the Fuel Rail Pressure (FRP) sensor on the scan tool.

When cycling the ignition switch from the off to the run position without starting the engine, the fuel pressure measured on the fuel gauge should match the reading of the FRP sensor on the scan tool.

If the mechanical gauge reading is showing to more than 2 psi higher than the FRP sensor input, replace the FRP sensor.

If the values match, start the engine. With the engine idling, the mechanical gauge will indicate about 10 psi different than the FRP sensor but when the vacuum line at the sensor is disconnected, the values should again match each other.

If the pressure reading matches the FRP sensor reading and the pressure is showing a reading of 30-45 psi Key On, Engine Off (KOEO) and at idle, check for a possible fuel quality issue.

Also check the engine temperature input reading from the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor to verify it shows a believable temperature reading.

Possible Causes:
FRP sensor connector is damaged (check pins for damage, and for moisture)
FRP sensor reference (5v) circuit is open or shorted to ground
FRP sensor has failed
Vacuum leak(s) present in the engine

I hope this helps; remember to rating this and just keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment.

Have a nice day and thanks for using FixYa.

What is a firing order

This is a quick explanation:

1996 Dodge Caravan
3.3 liter

The big rectangles are referencing the engine, the cylinder associated to it's "firing" are the colored circles, and the are also the location of the spark plugs....the smaller lego-looking block is your coil pack. The spark plug wires run from the coil pack to the spark plug on the engine. The wires match 1 to1 or black to black...and so on....

When these are matched to each cylinder/spark plug and it's wire leading to the matching coil pack position, this is it's "firing order". If one of the wires is "crossed" meaning, not 1 going to 1, then the engine will "miss-fire".

I'm trying to replace the serpentine belt and the diagram under the hood does not match my engine. I would like the digram of the where the serpentine belt goes

It would be very unusual for the underhood diagram to not match your engine, unless the engine was changed.
I would check this website, if yopu know what motor you have:

There are seven engines listed. Here is routing for 4.6L w/ a/c:

Lose the pickup and response

Perhaps you need an ecu "computer" to match your zc engine. A wiring harness to match as well.
