Question about 1994 Ford Aerostar Extended
Remove the inner panl underneath the dash console. You will then see a plastic shield that covers all the venting. Very carefully remove all the vent hoses and then the cover. You will now have access to the heater core. Remove the support strap, then go underenath the vehicle and remove the two hoses from the hose clamps and drain coolant. Then slowly pull out the heater core.
