Check your battery, a bad cell could make the alternator work harder and cause the squeak. If battery's good try replaces the cam shaft sensor.

Need to tighten serpintine belt

That car should have an auto-tensioner. the spring in it could be tired and letting the belt squeak. run vehicle watch for a pulley that bounces. also idler pulleys can squeak on those fords, rangers included. belts stretch over time if it is old too then change it also.

My truck is sqeaking around the belt? I have replaced the tenion pulley and the idler pulley but it is still sqeaking?

if the belt is dry replace it to for it will squeak as well.
also a glaze can be on all pulleys so wire brushing them all will clean the glaze off and eliminate the squeaks too

When i first start my ford ranger the belts making a squeaking noise it does go away when i start driving i used a lubricant spray but it still does it

the belt is probably just too loose. if it is a v-belt you can tighten the slide brackets. if its a serpentine on a tensioned pulley(flat belt), it is stretched and should be replaced.

I have a 1994 3.0 ford ranger with 53,000 miles. Never changed belts. Assume that's what squeaking when I start the engine but stops after awhile.Should I change all belts? Is it something that a diyer...

You can do this your self, Go to Auto Zone and have them inspect your belt for you for a second opinion. You may just need to adjust the tension on the belt or better yet, it may just need some belt re-conditioner to keep it from squeaking. Regardless, if your going to replace the belt, adjust the belt, or spray belt conditioner on it. Auto Zone will have the parts and step by step instructions to get the job done with common tools. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to help you get your Ranger running 100%.
