White smoke coming from engine and exaust.

I'd have to see it in person. A small amount of coolant in the cylinders can make a big cloud of white smoke. So a head gasket or intake gasket could be leaking but yet be tough to find. If you start loosing coolant you'll know. Meanwhile I would probably not drive it very far from home for a few days/weeks.
Keep in mind, if it is very cold where you are, regular water in the exhaust is going to cause "fog" out the exhaust.

2001 2500 silverado 6.0 where is the weep hole?

It is the water pump, i would buy a new thermostat also, you can buy a water pump that comes with a new stat and housing, that is the best way i think and that is the way i do them.

These water pumps are big looking but are very easy to replace, i will tell you that when they leak it is very, very hard to see the weep hole, the area you say yours is leaking is the pump so sure, this waterpumps leak at the mating gasket where the pump meets the block or weep hole, any way it is the waterpump.

you will see the new one , how they put the weep hole it flows through the housing to leak out when bad but hard to see.

hope this is helpful.

Car over heats and uses water and heater doesnt work no water on floor to indicate a bad heater core

im thinking this is a bad water pump which will leak from a weephole when it goes bad unless you have a major leak that would lose water faster than it could pump into the heatercore.

Leaking antifreeze

Yes I think this is the obvious one here. It could also be a core plug weeping, but unlikely unless you've been using water instead of coolant.

Get a couple of quotes for waterpump AND timing belt replacement - as the belt usually has to come off anyway.

My 98 chrysler cirrus is lesking water and im told

First open the hood of your car and check where the leak is coming. Thermostat gasket is one source but
it could also come the radiator, radiator hose, or the
water pump. Check all these items, and you can do
the repairs by replacing the defective parts. Except for
water pump that really needs a mechanic to replace the
bearings and the mechanical shaft seal.

Coolant/Oil Leak... Big or Little problem?

I think that car has a transverse mounted motor. if that is the case, the area that you see coolant is probably coming from the weep hole on the water pump shaft. that is the precursor to a bearing failure. that is where i would look first. if you get coolant on the pass side floor of the car, then it would be the heater core. hope that helps.

My car is leaking coolant, I think it is the water pump but everyone is trying to charge me like 700 hundred bucks to fix all these parts I dont think are broken... any ideas?

you need to find out where exactly is the leaks coming from, it can leak in many places beside the water pump. Im gonna let you in a little secrets of mine if you don't want to spend big bucks to fix it. Take it to local dodge garage and have them inspect it for 40 bucks instead of guessing and you cant seem to find where the leaks is and wasting paying someone big bucks to fix your car and it may not be the problems. Every dealership has a mechanic that does work on the side for extra money, I would ask around while you at repair shop and find out who does repair work on the side. you can prob can get done for 200-250 for the labor and you pay for the parts. that is half of what someone else is trying to make from you. 700 bucks is a shop rate profits for the dealer and the mechanic. never pay shop rate if it take 30 to 45 minute to install. you can also advertise and look on craig list for mechanic, with this tough economy time, you wont have a problem getting your car work done for nothing. I hope that help some...good luck!
