You can replace the air ride system, with a conventional non air type, like on most vehicles

If your going to keep it another ten years,I would do that

If you decide to continue to diagnose and repair your system ,and you will, often, and hopefully never at a dealer,or it will be like a second mortgage payment

Strutmasters and other have replacement suspension for it.

I just made that suggestion to someone else, and was accused of being a saleman
I'am retired,at home,no ties to this web site.
I used to own an auto repair speciality business and have 47 years around vehicles, not a lot professionally, but try to offer some suggestions about vehicle maintainance.

My front passenger tire keeps blowing out and when

check the area for anything that can pierce or rub the tire as it rotates and is turned from full left to full right. also check the rim for being porous causing lose of air and the tire to overheat and blow. make sure the suspension is working properly and not allowing the tire to make contact with the car over bumps that could cause this. also make sure no one is hit objects like curbs hard.

Can I put 195 65R14 tires on my 03 Chevy Cavalier?

as long as the rims dont rub against the wing or suspension it should be fine
195 is the width of tyre 65r is from rim to tred 14 is the size of the rim the bigger the rim the thinner the tyre has to be hope this helps and makes sence ivan

Front end vibration at 40 mph and rubbing sound

Vibration at 40 mph hard to diagonisis without looking at front end. Could be wheels need balancing, new wheels and rims. Loose or worn suspension items.
Bring vehicle into a tire and alignment shop. Most Sears auto center have them.
With regards to rubbing noise again hard to diagonisis without looking at the affected tire, probably a splash shield hitting the tire in reverse.
Alignment shop will find the problem.

I have the correct size tires on my 2004 S60R,

s60r not only has horrible turning radius but also has rubbing. Car has been poorly designed by Volvo. They even installed metal plate that your rub on when turning hard. Two ways to stop the rubbing is.install 5mm spacers or add washers on steering stops. Please visit swedespeed.com and R forum there for future support.

Tire size & Suspension confusion:

31x10.50r15s will rub the front fender while turning if you dont install either a suspension or body lift. Adding a leaf spring to the rear will not neccessarily raise the vehicle you must add a block to the spring seat to raise the height. However you can use 30x9.50r15 without any modification. Hope that answers your question.
