Question about 1992 Buick Riviera
These units have a trunk actuator pull down motor that after you close the trunk the actuator pulls the trunk lid down to the closed position,These units failed quite often 90 % of the time the only problem was the $20.00 switch that's sits on to of the actuator, not the $300.00 actuator assembly. this part is easy to replace it has only one screw holding it, and the switch sits right on to of the actuator.
