Go to your local parts store and tell them the year, make and model of your vehicle. Tell them the size of engine and whether the transmission is automatic or manual.
Just tell them you need a new Oxygen sensor. That would be the one for the catalytic converter.

Where is the A.I.T sensor on a 2003 dodge 15005.7L 4wdquad cab

why ask, got DTC error for IAT>< sensor

AIT , no such thing.

IAT MEAN INTAKE AIR TEMP SENSOR.
IT IS ON THE MAIN AIR INDUCTION TUBE TO THE TB, THROTTLE BODY,
SOME CARS IT IS PART THE THE MAF SENSOR;.
why ask this, with no context or symptoms or scan results
the PCm will tell you it is bad if if is bad. scanned

2003 dodge RAM 1500???? this truck
service man SM
shows
The 2-wire Intake Manifold Air Temperature (IAT) sensor is installed in the intake manifold with the sensor element extending into the air stream.
or this sensors

Ambient Air temp ? the Inlet Air temp Sensor

no context told so no idea what;s wrong or up.

if DTC errors scanned, tell them first to put the helper on the same page.

I have a '97 GM 1/2 ton 4x4 Suburban - will a '99 Tahoe 4x4 Trans and transfer interchange ?

ask a wrecking yard this (they have costly data base to see that)

or ask GM?
or join GM tahoe forum real, just for it.
and win.

not only must the just FIT
but the PCM must like what you did.
for sure the main tranny
vast sub models of main tranny exist. even different gear ratio;s
even longer extenuation shafts and 4wd couplings.
even sensors not the same
the PCM in this truck programming does not support other wrong transmissions ever, so in the final act, ONLY GM has the answer.
or go broke fast guessing or listening to www internet rumors of rumors etc.
ask them directly, there parts pages never cover this.
only what fit the car new day 1 is there.
what can be programmed later is you ask them event.

Where is the crank shaft position senor located? or cmp sensor.

The CMP sensor is located somewhere on the head. Usually means either you need to replace the main seal or more likely your timing is off and you need to replace your timing belt or chain.

Transmission

Sounds like one of the vehicle speed sensors is bad. Either that or ABS unit might have a problem. Auto trans normally use the main speed sensor, but shiftronic/sportronic/etc. usually also use the ABS unit to monitor all 4 wheels to be able to make the best shift possible when you ask it to. So check sensor operation, wires and whatnot, if everything is fine, try to get a friend or someone who can do datalogging from OBD2 port to see if the sensor are being read correctly by the ABS and ECU. If readings in datalog don't seem right and sensors are all good, then you will know the ABS unit or ECU will need replacing.

Where is the heater core located on a 1994 chevy corsica?

the heater core for this vehicles located behind the glove box on passenger side.in order to remove it,you will need to be mechanically inclined.are you?do you have the tools to do so?8mm sockets and ratchet? you will need patience! if not,i recommend you ask your mechanic to replace it. but 1st i will ask these questions. is it the heater core? is fluid leaking onto the passenger side floorboard? that's one sign of a bad heater core. no heat? have you checked the fluid level in your radiator? does your cooling fan come on when the engine's at operating temperature? if not, then it may be a bad temperature sensor at the radiator. it may also be a bad fan relay in the main fuse box under the hood in the main fuse box[black box w/lid under the hood.lift the cover off of it and under the lid,it tells you fuse and the relay locations.if you turn your a/c on and the fan comes on,and does'nt come on when the engine gets hot,the fan sensor may be bad.the fan sensor that tells the fan to come on when the engines running hot. thank you,for choosing fixya, com!

I went to dealership to have catillitic converter and o2 senor replaced, after service the check engine light came on again and the mechanic said that the replacement of the catillitic converter could...

ask him to show you where the lambda probe is situated(the o2 sensor)(1/2 way down the front exhaust pipe before the cat box)and then ask to see the second o2 sensor(it aint got one, unless you have a V6 MOTOR,THEN YOU HAVE ONE FOR EACH BANK)he is right in saying that it will show up any fuel/timing/injector problems but these will show up on the diagnostic computer that he will have, otherwise how can he say the cat needs replacing etc.....
without a diagnostic computer NO ONE can say exactly what needs replacement.unless its obvious.
