I find it odd, you would go on the internet, when you know you have brake issues
Unless you do your own repairs, most people should have a local garage ,you have used for years, and be planning to free up time,to at least stop by and ask some questions, or have them do a quick look at things.
Brakes need to come completely apart ,once a year, and be cleaned of rust, inspected and things lubed.
If you have brake work performed ,and ride around 8 months, they are all rusty and not working correctly

Squeaking and grinding noise when I apply the brakes

Try replacing or resurfacing your rotors and brake hardware. Using brake pads similar to the oem will also help stop any problems.

Rear wheel squeaking and grinding when I push brakes on 2004 Fiat Scudo 2.0 jtd........Any ideas..???

Yeah, bad brake pads and now because you let it get to the point of grinding, you'll probably need a new rotor or drum too. When the brakes start to wear down and they need changing there are wear indicators built into the pads that start to make a high pitched squealing sound. If you ignore it for to long then it starts to grind because all the brake material is gone and you are now hitting metal on metal when you try to stop.

When i press on brakes i can hear a grinding noise coming from he front end, what could it be?

Brake pads are worn. That noise is the sound of the backing plate for the brake pads hitting the rotors. You will need to replace the pads and probablt the rotors. When the brakes go metal to metal like that it typically destroys the rotor.

My 2006 mercedes e500 brakes are squeaking when I brake. Does this mean I have to replace the brakes?

first check brake pads, are they in good condition first remove front pads and grind outer edge and inner edge 1 mm with angle from mettle part, do the same for both pads in each wheels then fix it back, do the same to the rear pads too, the problem is your brake rotors are wear, when you replace brake pads next time must need to be replace brake rotors together with the pads. is this information helped you?

Please help....I replaced the front brake pads on my 07 Saturn Aura because there was a squeaking sound. I took the old pads off and there was plenty of meat left and the rotors look very good. I didnt...

check the dust shield that is behind the rotor. It should be attached to the steering knuckle. if it is bent and touching the rotor it will squeak. I would jack the passenger side of the car up and remove the wheel. Once you have done that try to spin the rotor. Try to get it to squeak. It may also be dirt on your brake pads. If it came back after a week it is most likely dirt. Try a couple cans of Braklean while you have it apart.

The front passenger tire is wearing vairy hard on the outside tread. Also when I'm turning the vehicle I can hear some grinding and squeaking coming from that side of the axel.

Sounds like tracking does the other tyre have the same problem?

It could also be the bush or trackrod end it is possible that your rubber boot has split and has no more grease inside and you can hear metal against metal.

Its time to take it in tracking first then check the CV joint and all the rubbers for wear if so they need replacing
