Question about 2000 Saturn SL

Brake light My brake light on the drivers side is not working when i have my head lights on, although the passenger side does. They both work when i have my head lights off?? I changed the fuse under the hood and still not working right I don't know if I'm missing another fuse somewhere that is connected to that light? I also notice sometimes when i press the brakes the interior lights on the dash and radio flicker on and off? i would appreciate any advise you may have? Rick

Check the bulb first it sounds like you may have a short try using a test light and see what you come up with if you have any problems let me know

There is a module on the passenger side behind the rear wheel mounted to the body. It goes bad. On the drivers side is where the grounds are located, on or close to the frame. Check these first.

2011 ford feista se driver side brake light out only blinker and running lights work have replaced bulb and socket with same results. Help

Did you try the passenger side brake bulb in the driver side socket (maybe the new lamp is bad)?? If it works, then the problem is either a bad ground connection / wire at / between chassis and the shell of brake lamp socket, or bad 12 volt wire at / between the common passenger 12 volt brake light wire in the harness to the center contact on the brake lamp socket. My suggestion is if the brake lamp wire is ONLY for brakes - not the directional too, simply add a new wire spliced into the passenger side brake light wire and extend it to the brake light wire closest to the new socket that you recently installed on the driver side. Disconnect the vehicle brake wire from the new socket and wire nut it off or tape it up (so it can't short out if it somehow becomes energized again) and splice this new wire to the new socket. Test & you're done!

Check the ground on the passenger side rear lights, it's likely bad. As for the hazards, sounds like a bad flasher or fuse.

if your vehicle lights are working all the fuses will be good. follow the cable from the towing socket on your vehicle , it will most likely go behind one of the rear lights to connect into your cars system,
check your tester where the cables join and you should find the problem. hope this helps.
