No, that is not correct. The Sportage has a brake master cylinder and a clutch master cylinder, and although they are usually located in close proximity to each other they are not the same.

if you don't see any clutch fluid reservoir for the clutch, there are two possibilities: clutch master shares fluid reservoir with the brakes or clutch is using cable not hydraulic.

Were do clutch fluid go

Some of these use the same reservoir as the brake fluid and will have a hose from the clutch master to brake master.
some have there on fluid housing, open the hood and look at the driverside rear of the engine compartment , look at the brake master cylinder, you will see the brake fluid inside of it. now look to the right and left of it for a clutch reservoir if you do not see one then look for a hose leading of the master reservoir going to clutch master. if that is the case then as long as brake fluid is full then so is clutch.if there are two different reservoirs then check the small one for clutch. the clutch fluid does not really need filling unless there is a leak in the system.
What problem are you having with the clutch?

Clutch fluid

If you have to ask you are about to have problems adding fluid is something that you shouldn't have to do there is a small resivoir straight ahead of the clutch pedal in engine compartment or it shares fluid with brakes from brake fluid resivoir. It might be non serviceable but no matter what there is repairs in the near future for you or your mechanic.

Where do we find the place to put the clutch/gear fluid for a manual transmission for my mazda mx-6 1993.

The clutch on mazda cars shares the same fluid reservoir as the brakes. Bleeding the clutch is just like the brakes. The clutch slave cylinder is on the front side of the transaxle. You can find it by following the line from the master cylinder that does not go to the ABS unit/brakes. bleed just like brakes, you have to pump cl utch to get are out of it.
