Replace starter motor in daihatsu pyzar

1997 Daihatsu Pyzar starter motor located bottom of engine bay at the back between engine and framework below front window of car

Its in a real nasty place

(see picture)

Very tight space and to remove both starter motor bolts, you need to access it from above engine and below engine

- Disconnect battery connections from battery first

- Disconnect wire from starter motor

- Remove starter motor bolts

- Remove starter motor via top of engine (lots of jiggling involved due to wires in the way etc)

Good luck!!

Need help with a tune up and need a picture of where fuel filter and spark plug go I talk to someone from napa and they said that I can get a picture of my motor.

the fuel filter is under the car on the driver`s side along the floor board ahead of the fuel tank.the spark plugs are in the cylinder head.you don`t say what motor is in this car,4 cylinder motors the plugs are always at the front of the motor looking at the motor standing in front of the car,6 cylinder motors there are 3 plugs along the front of the motor and 3 plugs at the back of the motor standing in the same place as I mentioned before.you just have to follow the spark plug wires to the plugs and change them one at a time so you don`t mix up the firing order

How do i replace the windshield wiper motor. step by step and pictures or diagrams would be great

First of all let me ask a sorry because i do not have pictures to help you out but still trying to explain the steps as below:
  1. The wiper motor is mounted on the outside of the firewall, on the top-passenger side.
  2. You will need to pinch off each side of the electrical connector to release the latch and pull on the connector to remove it.
  3. The motor is attached with four 10mm bolts. Remove the bolts to free the motor from the firewall.
  4. The motor mechanism is attached to the wiper pivot rod and needs to be detached with a pair of needle nose pliers. you will need to pivot the wiper slightly to get better access to the fastening nipple.
  5. Gently slide the pliers between the motor arm and the pivot rod while applying a slight prying force.
  6. It will pop out of place.
  7. To reinstall, use a channel lock type of plier and apply only as much force as necessary to the nipple/pivot rod to replace the knuckle in the boot.
