I have 2001 volvo s60 heat blows cold air

First thing, check your coolant level.... if it's too low it will cause this.
Beyond this, there are thermostats, relays, valves, sensors, and computers that could be malfunctioning - and buried - probably time to take it to the dealer or reputable mechanic.

Over heating the electric fan is not coming on . removed thermostst but still heats up. Does the fan got a fuse or control manual. Was running well in a traffic ram i noticed the temp climbing the hazard...

There is a termo switch witch turns on and off the fans, it could be faulty. First check the fuse, than directly connect fan to the battery, if fans start to spin, check the fuse and if the fuse is ok than it's probably termo switch or maybe it's damaged wire in between fuse box and the fan....

My air bareley blows when i accelerate.i have a 1994 volvo 940 turbo.

i have heard somewhere that this is caused by a faulty vacuum check valve which is black and white plastic and is located near centre above the rear of the engine up against the firewall. vacuum drops when you accelerate so there is not enough vacuum to keep various vacuum operated heating/cooling system valves in their selected position . the check valve keeps sufficient vacuum in a reservoir tank when vacuum at the engine manifold drops.

    Change sprks plugs on volvo S60 2.4 t ......

Did you set the plug gap correctly?Improperly gapped plugs will cause the spark to be to cold or to hot and can cause misfire of the fuel wich would explain the vibration, this could also be caused by the wrong heat range on the plug.Check what spark plugs Volvo reccomends and the gap.

    Maintenance of s40 volvo 2003

Volvo is a good car. if you maintain you volvo by changing the oil on time, maybe after every month according to how you drive and changing you fuel filter, using 93 grade fuel or 89. I advice you to keep your volve. do your oil change on time don't wait until three to five months before changing your oil and don't use poor fuel (87) grade. change your tranmission oil after 18 months then your volvo is yours for life.

Here is the most common cause of this stall and idle speed issues, it is the idle speed control air-bypass valve and throttle valve, they get full of gunk over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake.
