I have a 91 chevy s10 4.3 i had the truck running soon as i cut on the ac. The truck cut off there were no lights no nothing so i check the emcb fuse it was fine please help

Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good, check fusible links, one of your positive battery connections should run to fusible links, where applicable. Ann\y fuses, not only check the fuses, check for voltage on the fuse circuit, use a testlite or something. Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on.
Ground is also important.

Battery is charged, when key turned nothing happens, and the headlights will not even come on. Almost appears that there is no power to the dash. Brand new battery and alternator.

try cleaning or replacing battery cables. any corrosion can degrade the voltage. check the wiring behind the fuse block also. (loose wires..) your chevy may also have a fusible link between the battery and the fuse block.

How do you adjust the fuel air ratio in the carb on a 1985 s10 chevy blazer?

Hello;
The carbureator is sealed so you cannot get into to make adjustments. That said, there are soft lead plugs near the base and you can pry them out. Now you are able to access the adjusting screws. You need an air/fuel meter to accurately set them to spec. Hope this helps.
Thanks;

No electrical power 1994 S10 Pickup V-6 4.3 L

your fuse box is inside , lower left kick panel , check all fuses in there , then also in the engine compartment on the firewall around the middle is a junction block with like 2 fusible links , they need to be tested , and also 1 fusible link right off the positive side of the battery , test it also , if you don't have a test light for testing , you can kinda wiggle the fusible links and feel if they are limp and stretchy , that's not a good sign , you can buy replacement fusible links or fusible link wire from local parts store , depending on how much sparking happened you may have blown the fusible links . if you don't have a test light , pick one up at the parts house and learn to use it , it will be invaluable when it comes to testing this kinda of failure . cheers .
