Cadillac did not accept a brand new. Fuel pump

Explain did not accept a brand new. Fuel pump . Did it reject it ? Or do you mean after installing a new fuel pump the vehicle still won't start ? How do you know it needed one ? Did you do a fuel pump pressure an flow test ? Did you do a fuel pump electrical circuit test ? What year Cadillac an model . Some of these have a electronic control module that is in control of the pump .
The electronic return less fuel system is a microprocessor controlled fuel delivery system which transports fuel from the tank to the fuel rails. It functions as an electronic replacement for a traditional, mechanical fuel pressure regulator. A pressure vent valve within the fuel tank provides an added measure of fuel pump flow control module (FPCM). Desired fuel pressure is commanded by the engine control module (ECM), and transmitted to the FPCM via a GMLAN serial data message. A liquid fuel pressure sensor provides the feedback the FPCM requires for Closed Loop fuel pressure control.

Why do all my instrument lights come on blinking while driving then the truck goes dead

Your have electronic problems , or wiring issues ! Your best bet is have a automotive repair shop check it for you . I don't know the year of your vehicle or the make an model but from the 80's on the amount of electronic controls has quadruped . The instrument light's can be controlled by a body control module or a smart junction box as ford calls it, but all makes have some form of electronics , the instrument cluster even has a microprocessor inside . If your not up on automotive electronic systems I very strongly suggest you take it to a repair facility !

Electronic gas gauge Gives wrong reading, after replacing fuel pump and floater.

instrument cluster is just for monitoring. but on modern cars there can be integrated circuits to calculate the actual amount of fuel inside tank. so sender sends signals and dashboard decodes it and show the amount on gauge.

which car do you have? if it is a later model with such system you may need to reset related software to match with new sender unit on pump or floater. (dealer can do this for you)

for example if you have a new daylight driving lights(LKM) controller on new BMW's if you replace it with a new one you need to code it to match with your car. if not it wont operate correctly.,

But there is an exeption. when sockets are broken or connections are wrong, fuel and temp gauges act erratic. they jump, pulsate or dont work at all. before replacing anything more be sure that sender unit or whole asembly is the correct part for your car. second be sure that connection has been done correctly.

2003 Durango blowing warm air in the front and cold air in the rear.

Sounds like the blend door in the heater box is stuck on the warm side. Could be the actuator/motor that runs it. in some cases the door inside the box is actually broken. Hope this helps, not the easiest of repairs. if the controls in your dash are electronic, could be the controller, but less likely.

Power steering does not work at all om my malibu 2007 what can i do?

the first place to start would be to have the engine controls scanned for codes. this is an electronic system, and has no hydraulics. it is computer controlled and will store a fault code in the computer. also, you should contact your dealer with your VIN#, as there has been a recall issued for many of these cars regarding these electronic steering issues. good luck!

My gauge cluster turns on and off while driving as if I am turning the key to turn the car off but the car is driving

If only your cluster lights are effected and not the heater lights ect then I'd suspect the cluster electronics inside have a broken connection which is not repairable. Also assuming you have not done any work under the dash or near it to cause this then the only way to fix it is to replace the cluster, most likely with a used one unless money is no object to you Volkswagen still offers new ones for most models (you didn't mention which model you have).

Right turn signal activated washer pump. was intermittent, now...

Which electronic control module did you replace ? The washer pump is controlled by the front control module . Located in the integrated power module . Fancy name for the under hood fuse / relay box.
Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? How to read one ? Here is a web site for free wiring diagrams . Enter vehicle info . year ,make ,model an the engine size . Under system click on body & accessories , then under subsystem click on wiper/washer .Then click search an a link will pop up . Click on it , second diagram you'll see you front washer pump an the module that controls it .There could be a short to ground on the brown wire , or a problem inside the fuse box . Do you know how to do automotive electrical testing ? Automotive Electrical Fault Finding

2001 Audi S4 ABS engagement, electronic buzz and shudder

Your car, like mine, has suffered the usual ABS pump electronics failure.

I have an almost identical car.

There are some great threads on the net on repairing them, however the wires inside it are just shockingly small, hair sized, and not a job for even the best "DIY" solderer.

Replace the electronics module on the side of the ABS pump, it doesn't need the brake pipes loosening or anything. It is easy to swap.

Then your ABS will work as it should.

You will NEED to find a used unit, or have yours repaired though, new ones are rediculously expensive.

Great Car though.
