Question about 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
Remove the plastic engine cover, follow the top radiator hose to the engine. the piect that it is attached to is the thermostat housing. remove the two ten millimeter bolts and pull it off the thermostat and seal will be underneath, you shouldn't even have to remove the hose
