More then likely it is a blowen fuse, check the fuse for the power windows, if that is not the problem then a lose wire somewhere.

Mega problems!

You need a dealer to fix this or a very good outside repair shop, I will bet most won't touch the job, it is way beyond a do it yourself repair. You might get it apart but you will never get it set up right to work properly. You absolutely need a factory service manual to work on these doors. Problems with these door make a professional tech want to go home. I am just being honest here, this is based on my 35 years of dealer experience.

The rear window automatic open and close system has stopped working on my jaguar stype, reg t55 jms

On both rear windows, or just one? If its just one then probably the regulator mechanism in the door has broken (there are some rather fragile plastic parts that can snap with age). The mechanism is easily replaced by removing the door trim (take out two screws found under the rubber mat in the door handle well, and pry off the whole door panel with a wide blade screwdriver or cats paw (start at top edge nearest to rear - 4-6 snap fittings should pop off reasonably easily). Unscrew old mechainsm and replace the whole thing.. Parts usually available on Ebay for $50 to $100, make sure you get the correct orientation, front and rear, and left and right, are all different parts - Lincon LS parts also fit perfectly).

If both windows not working and stopped at the same time... sounds electrical.. start checking fuses?

Power window driver window stop working!

There are many reasons an electric window can stop operating. It could be a broken wire, a malfunctioning control switch, a bad window control relay, a bad window lift motor or a broken window regulator.

Every doors power windows will not work, I am thinking its a fuse or a relay because I do not understand how every door just stopped working. My wipers still work though as I read in a post how the fuse is...

The power windows do not use a fuse rather its hooked to a automatic reset circuit breaker, this is so it would reset after a fault, the first place to look which is the most common reason for all windows to stop working at once, open the driver door and look in the center of the door in the location of the hinges, you will see a rubber type boot that contains the wiring for the drivers door controls. you will need to slide boot back and check each wire, you will find a broken wire or two. this happens from opening and closing of the door and is common. good day.

Automatic windows stopped working

try replacing the fuses, if it is not the fuse, then you need new window motors, because they are blown.
