On a van, there is not an easy way. Some get from the back, some from the front, some from the wheel well, some using a socket and combo wrench. Just a hard job, no matter what.
You need to be very careful to not break the plug during install. Often, a short piece of rubber hose can help you thread the plug.

Start from easyest -

2. Check air filter
3. Check exhaust for any obstructions
4. Check fuel filter.(if petrol is dark - then you should change the filter)

Hello, wanted to know the simplest way to change spark plugs and how what parts do I have to take off?

The easyest way I've found is to remove the coil pack assembly. If you want more room then you can take the top engine mounts loose and rotate the engine forward, this will give you a little more room. Its just a pain no matter how you do it.

take plugs off one by one and number them with tape so you dont forget where they go or you could mess up your timing should be two or three screws holding the cap on take that off and the modgule should be right there in plain sit and easy to take out.

Easyest way to chang freeze out plugs in a87 olds regancy 98seaies

If you have access to them and plenty of room you can run a self tapping screw into them and pry them out with a pry bar or even a slide hammer. This doesn't always work though. Sometimes you can tap an edge of it in enough to rotate the plug so you can grab it with some vise grips and wriggle it out. They are soft metal.

Is there a easy way of taken injectors out

if you will get a wrench and then with engine running, loosen the fuel injector lines 1 at a time, you will find the bad cylinder when it doesn't change the way the engine runs when you loosen the line to the bad injector/cylinder

Whats the easyest way to change the spark plugs on a 01 navigator

Not to hard to do. Look on top of the valve covers and find the coils should be one for each cylinder. Remove the 8mm bolt holding the coil down and unplug it, pull up the coil to access the plugs. Some of the bolts and plugs may be harder to get to due to location you might need to have a swivel to access them. You don't have to worry about putting the coils back in the same place because they will mount anywhere. Now if you have a cylinder misfire code you can swap that coil with one of the others and see if the misfire code moves with that coil.
