Well What I do is go to a service shop,, Have them Break the Converter Out and that usually works unless you have emission issues which mean you have to replace it.. as for replacing the spark plugs, wires and cleaning the injectors ,, thats a standered service and should be done regularly as it keeps the car intack ,, no reason why you shouldnt do it,, also change the filter as it protects the injectors from stary particles..
EVAC ,, sensors and these codes do occur after a times,, depends on the life of the product,, so chances are its failed and needs replacing and the error codes cleared..
