Question about 1992 Toyota Camry V6
If you look at your windshield you'll notice that its stuck in there with ribbion sealer or polythene,, Chances are hat the ones holding to the buttom off the glass has run loose so to allowing water to flow in and collect againts the firewall where The blower is and run into the car.. you can verify this by holding a running hose against the windshield..
To fix this Simply have the Wind Shield Removed, And Resealed,, Better have a shop do this so if they break it they will have to replace it.. Or for a temporary fix,, Run a stream of silicon against the buttom of the windshield and press it in with your fingers to seal the holes..
Another possibility is a small leak above the door,, Just verify that the rubbers are intact and there aint any rotting spots on the car there..
