Well I would start by trying to identify which circuit has the bad boy on it. Under the hood is a small block of large current fuses, and under the dash there are a bunch of lower current fuses. If you have an ammeter and know what it does put it in line with the battery and with the ignition off pull the large fuses out one by one until the amperage drops to almost nothing. Now you know which major circuit has the bad egg, so you put that fuse back in and go inside the car and pull the smaller fuses on that large fuse circuit until again the amperage drops to almost nothing. Now you have a very small selection of gadgets on that small fuse, one of which is the bad boy. Frequent offenders are the circuit which keeps airbag suspensions active, lights in the trunk and glove box, things related to remote starting and automatic/remote door locks. If you do not have access to an ammeter you can do this more slowly by simply pulling the fuses one by one each night until you find the one which, when out, leaves the battery charged for the next day.

Check grounds. 3 main grounds are battery to engine, battery to body and engine to body. Sounds like yours is battery to body.

Clock display stays lit

yes on some cars this is normal, the amount of current that the clock draws is very minimal and should not cause problems with a battery. Unless not used for very long periods

Sounds like the ground wire for the battery is not making clean contact. Trace that wire and clean both ends and the area it connects to the engine block. Good luck!

Turn key to start and nothing

Not if you left your headlights on all night and completely drained the battery. if it is dead, try to jump it, if you get some sort of power with the jumpers attached, go buy a new battery.

2002 Dodge Stratus, Start Problem/ Electrical?

First thing I would do, is remove, clean, inspect & tighten all battery connections including & especially the other end of my negative connection. Also any connections to a power distribution box, that is usually found near the battery. In your explanation, you say when it does start, everything works normal, does that include radio & clock?

Silhouette will not start, but battery put out 12+ volts

You better have the alterntor checked, you said the battery was putting out 12v. was that with the car running or off? If it was running, it should have pushing between 14 and 15 volts, if it wasn't with it running, replace alternator.
