Question about 2001 Hyundai Tiburon
First thing to do is check the instrument cluster fuse located underneath the drivers side steering wheel. Flip the cover over and there will be a diagram on it showing what fuse to replace. Next thing to check is that the speedometer cable is working, pull the instrument cluster out and rotate the cable end to see if it turns the needle. If both of these two things are good then you will need to replace your instrument cluster, click on the link below to view a replacement:
