Lost my keys, then I broke my ignition please help I need to hot wire there are 6 wires which

I hope you are only doing this temporarily. Generally speaking, ignition 1&2 would become powered when key is turned to on position. These could be wired to toggle switches. Highly recommend a high amperage momentary contact switch only for the starter lead. Best advice is the get a new ignition switch rather than mess with wiring. Doing so could do un repairable damage to your ignition system, wiring harness, and computer

Bypassing ignition

You take the hot wire to the ignition switch and twist it together with the run wire out of the switch-then ignition is on, just as if the key were turned to on. Then take the start wire that goes out of the switch and touch it to the hot wire to make the starter work. Soon as engine is started, remove the start wire from hot wire and tuck it out of the way. When you want it off, untwist the hot wire and the run wire.
If you cannot hot wire it like this, check if there is a security system that has immobilized the car. I don't know if a '92 had a security system.

Why does the exhaust get very hot

The exhaust on every single gas engine from lawn mowers to weed whackers gets scorching hot. It is the outlet for the hot gases being ignited inside the engine, after only several minutes of use the exhaust will become too hot to touch.

Why won't my '66 Mustang start with the ignition switch in start position?

Change your ignition key module and that will fix the problem. Problems with key modules can be attributed to the weight of the owners key ring. Some people have massive key rings with all sorts of gadgets on them causing them to become very heavy. This puts an unexpected load on the key module and the load can double with it swinging from side to side ect... Best advise, keep the key ring simple and light.

Cooling fan switch

It is not necessary to replace the thermo-switch when replacing the radiator. The switch can be replaced separately.
The fan switch is located under the sound box of the air cleaner. It is 2 pin connector. Pull the connector out by pressing the lock which attached to it and short the two pins with a thin auto wire temporarily. Switch on the ignition. The fan will become on. Drive it and see if runs hot.
If the temp reads OK, replace the fan switch. If the problem persists, diagnose the other issues which are concerned with the overheating problems.

First check your coolant level.

Next make sure your fan is operating properly.

Lastly, if all of those criteria have been met check your water pump, it may need replaced.

Hope this helps.

Wire on ignition switch is hot to touch. will not

Possible ignition switch is not able to carry over 12 volts to starter solenoid on the wall. Measure using voltmeter, power coming in to small wire on starter solenoid. Should read battery voltage. If not, ignition switch may be shorting out.
