you probably have a stuck fuel injector. If you have your codes read, autozone, it will tell you which cylinder is missing. Before you change out the injector try to tap( be gentle) on a 3/8 ratchet extension that is touching the injector. It may dislodge what ever is causing it not to work. you can also test resistance of the injector and compare the readings to a good injector. This will show if the injector is bad internally so it must be replaced.

Have you considered that the check light is on for a reason?
Get the code and proceed from there
You keep unplugging wires, with todays vehicles running ,you will have some issues you don't ever want.

I changed the spark plugs in my 2002 buick rendevous now it missing. i checked the vacuum hoses all was ok.wat else could cause this problem

You have an "Engine Miss" and even after replacing spark plugs, wires, upper and lower manifold gaskets, and push rods, the Engine Miss still remains. You may want to stop and run a compression test. This test will give you a base line. If one cylinder has low compression, you won't get rid of the miss until that is fixed. Please write back with all the specific information regarding tests, all symptoms (is the engine light on and if so what are the codes?). The more tests that you perform the more you will know and will narrow down your search. All types of things will cause a miss. Take a look at the spark plugs and wires, just because they are new doesn't mean that they are not defective, also check the EGR valve, 02 sensors and exhaust back pressure, clogged filters (fuel&air), defective coil, TPS sensor, PVC valve, or timing. Please let me know if I can help you some more, good luck.

Missing? and fuel problem

You probably have one plug not firing. First, check all your plug wires to make sure the boot is pushed on all the way. If there is no improvement, you can pull one plug wire off at a time (with the engine running). If the engine doesn't die, or change when you pull a plug wire off, that will be your bad plug. It should change drastically when you pull a wire. Be sure to use a spark plug wire puller, or a heavy rubber glove. Check for spark in all your wires with a timing light.
If there aren't any dead plugs or wires, the next thing to check is the timing. Aim a timing light at the timing mark on the crank. If the mark jumps around a lot, the timing belt or chain has jumped, and will need to be replaced.
If that checks out okay, the next thing to do is a compression test. You may have bad valve.
