As stated above, it is most likely your RKE (remote keyless entry module). It is easy to find and relatively easy to replace yourself. I just recently did so on my 2002 PT Cruiser. Got a used module from a 2005 at a salvage yard. Put in the module myself. However, you do have to take it to the dealer to reprogram so your remotes work with the module replacement. these relays can go off and on by themselves if the battery is bad. I would have the battery checked out first,that may be your whole problem.
