Have you tried jump starting it? That bolt should come out with a 8mm socket, extension and a rachet.

Battery on a 2005 Mustang went dead. Had a Jump to get the car started. Drove & speedometer & odometer worked fine. However, I had Triple AAA install a new battery & now they don't work. ...

Did AAA clean the battery cable connections when they installed your battery? Did you check the fuse for the insrument panel?

It could be just bad timing or a coincidense but I am more likely to think things are connected. If your gauges worked after jump starting your car, but not after AAA changed the battery, something changed or was left disconnected.

I took my 2005 dodge caravan to the mechanic to fix a ligth now it wont start it just makes a clicking noies when you try to start it the battery appears be fine when the key is put in. they told me it...

I know they're a mechanic, but they could be trying to cheat you out of your money. To verify this, you can jump start your car using another car. Using jumper cables, connect the positive(red) to the other positive on the other battery, and the black(ground/negative) to the other battery. Don't disconnect the batteries from the cars. Start up the car that works, then start the other car. If and when it starts, disconnect the jumper cables. If your not sure how to do this, i recommend you have someone else do it for you (not the mechanic).

Car will not start. Battery sounds like its geting enough jump, but will not turn over.

first of all if its an automatic, put it in neutral to try to start it. if it starts its the neutral safty switch. I had a similar problem awhile ago with a friends car,- disconnected, cleaned and reconnected both + and - cables at the battery and starter/grounds. The main cable connection to the starter was so corroded, I'm surprised it ever started. No problems since a good cleaning and tightly reconnected.

Your onboard security system probably has the fuel system disabled. This is common when the battery gets disconnected. The imobilizer unit will sometimes set a code if the battery gets disconnected then hooked back up. clearing the fault codes will usually get the engine to start again.
