You generally shouldn't have too much of a problem replacing the bulbs, so I am assuming that you are having an issue with something else, okay? :) Your question is broad and open ended. :l

If you have replaced the bulbs correctly, and your lights still do not work, you will need to check the wiring, fuses, and relay.

These are the components that make your lights work, so if one of them is faulty, the lights won't work.

I have having trouble disconnecting the brake light switch from wire harness on my Nissan Pathfinder 2001

Does it say 'emergency brake' or just 'brake'? If it just says brake, you could be low on brake fluid on your 2001 Nissan Xterra.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have a 2001 ford explorer sport, recently I have been having problems with the ABS light, I had new brakes put on, but my brakes still are not working properly.

I would have the computer checked for trouble codes first.
If the hydraulic part of the ABS is faulty, it will apply pressure to a wheel even if you don't need it.
It measures wheel speed to see when a wheel is spinning or slipping and applies brake pressure to that wheel or the other three.
Or prevents you from applying the brakes.

1993 honda accord brake lights won't go off

HI, this will be a damaged brake switch. it should be replaced, asap. Once replaced, the lights will operate correctly.

The switch is located under the driver side dash, near the brake peddle arm.

Abs annd brake light stays on

Your brakes would require some testing because there are a couple things that could go wrong that would give you a hard pedal. With regards to your abs light and handbrake light staying on you should get your codes read to give you more info. But they share a common fault. One of the reasons they could both be on is because your skid control ECU is faulty. Otherwise it could be two separate issues.
