I had the same clock problem. I pulled the front panel with the display and remove the long plug on the top and plug it back in. That fixed it on mine hope it works for you

My Titan's Rockford Fosgate 6 disk CD player changer was inoperable but everything else was working. Push the load, eject, and CD buttons and just got three beeps. The mode toggle switch on the steering wheel just skipped right over the CD option. Searched the Internet for about an hour and found it to be common problem. Disconnected the positive terminal from the battery for 15 minutes (actually 20 minutes just to be sure) and the reconnected battery. Engine started right up but CD player still inoperable. Frustrated that the old adage that everything you read on the Internet is not always true, I removed the cable from the positive terminal again only long enough to break the connection and slammed it back on making sure to cause lots of sparks. Then I locked and unlocked the doors with the remote, put the key in the ignition, started the engine and the CD player started working.

Cd changer in 2004 titan wont work

If it isn't a factory CD changer then I would re-check the wiring to the device and make sure there are no cuts or corrosion. Re-check that the ground wire has a good connection. It may be that the device has gone faulty.

Sounds like the head unit is bad. If the truck is under warranty , get it back to the dealership.
