The belt has nothing to do with the tire.it looks and sounds like your tire bolts are loose and replaceing the belt it;s easy go ahed and take the tire off or just tighten the bolts

Where is oil plug on Mazda 323 bg 1991

The oil plug for the engine oil drain,is on the engine sump, which is under the engine and after you lift it up on stands, you will locate it about 20-25 cm far from the Crankshaft pulley which rotates when the engine is running with a belt for alternator, and this plug is facing the location of the front seat passenger if is left hand driven.By using a 19 mm ring spanner loose and remove -by having a drainer under -leaving the oil to come out.

I'm trying to replace my front pads there are 2

Replace left and right brake pads at the same time. Do not replace brake pads for one side of the vehicle only.
  1. Raise and support front of vehicle.
  2. Remove tire and wheel assemblies.
  3. Remove pad pins and springs.
  4. Remove brake pads, then shims.
  5. Reverse procedure to install. When installing new brake pads, push caliper piston inward using piston compressor No. 490221600C or equivalent.

nothing Special that I see
