I would say that if the radiator is rusty and leaking, that it's time for a new radiator.

02 kia spectra fan/blower not working, all fuses relays good but no power to either? ??

No power to heater blower fuse? this isn't separately fused to my knowing ,if there wasn't any power to this fuse other devices wouldn't work as well , as fuse under hood supplies power to many things , what ive found many many times to satisfy this complaint is that yes there is power to underdash fan , but its rusted up and cant turn , rust occurs when ac drain backs up and water has nowhere to run ,except to motor , then rust starts !!

Can my 2003 kia spectra run without thermostat

Clarify your question. If it is overheating with the new radiator, how badly?. bubbles in the overflow tank?
Jack up front and take cap off and burp radiator overnight.
One suspects air bubbles, or the wrong water thermostat not opening for whatever reason.ensure water thermostat has a hole drilled through it

If its the electronic 'fan' thermostat, you are addressing the symptom not the problem. If the car has 300kms/150K miles, could be a head gasket leak - exhaust to water. Check radiator fluid for traces of exhaust gas.

Low Anti Freeze Problem with my 2002 Kia Spectra

You know now you have to check the fluids from time to time, at least once a week.
Where the leak is will determine what has to be done to fix it.
Could be several things, including a leaking head gasket.

2002 KIA SPECTRA USING EXCEESSIVE AMOUNT OF OIL. WHITE SMOKE FROM EXHAUST.POOR ENGINE PERFORMANCE

A sign that you need new rings since excessive loss of oil and white smoke means oil is going to the combution chamber of the engine and bad rings are letting that happen. take it to a technician to make sure you get it right. Thank you for visiting Fixya.

2002 KIA spectra exhaust manifold

The exhaust manifold is right there as soon as you open hood , first disconnect neg batt cab, then jack up car remove bolts that hold pipe to manifold together , unplug any o2 that is in the way and that could get damaged. now from the top take shield off then take manifold bolts out. you might want to spray them with pb blaster and let set a few hours sense exhaust bolts love to break. Remember to use new gaskets installing new one.
