Sounds like the alternator belt is loose, it stops squealing after a few minutes because the alternator finally catches up with what power you used out of the battery for start up and stops charging so much and there isnt as much drag on the belt then, hope this helps

Hi, the screeching noise could be a wheel bearing,if there is enough play in the bearing this could give a bigger air gap between the abs sensor and reluctor which would bring the abs/tcs lights on.

Car loses power but when oil cap been opened power returns

The noise could be a slipping belt. The belt can slip until it warms up.
You might want to check the PCV valve and air cleaner to make sure the crankcase is breathing normally.

Starter spins wont turn eng over

I have owned a few Toyota vehicles including a 4 runner with this problem---the ( I call it) solinoid motor which is on the starter will stick--bad and considering you have to remove the starter--buy a new one that comes with that part as well---not sure if yours is exactly the same but a 20 minute job to get that starter out--last one I replaced in my 4 runner was just over 100 dollars rebuilt.

I have a 97 expedition and everytime I turn the wheel theirs a poping noise coming from the front end,but when I jack it up it doesnt do it whats the deal?

This is common when the ball joints are worn. Replace the ball joints before something catastrophic happens. What can possibly happen is the ball joint breaks and the wheel and hub assembly falls. This can be fatal if this happens while driving. If you need instructions on replacement, let me know.

Brakes make sqealing noise at first and are extremely grabby like the ABS is not working correctly. Rotors, shoes and pads are fine and it is not brake dust. Could it be the ABS or is there a proportioning...

ABS won't make it grabby. Abs just pulses the brakes when a wheel stops turning during braking. Was there anything replaced recently in the brake system. If so was it done right? Please give some more details of what is happening. Squaling isn't unusual with brakes especially if they are wet. make sure it is not the wear indicators which can be on the back brake pad. I have seen one wear more than the other so make sure you can see both. Remove the tire and caliper if you can to properly inspect. If rotors were recently replaced were they conditioned before putting into service.
