Question about 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis
Sounds like your temp door might be broken or the motor that moves it might be bad,its behind the glove box,pull the glove box down and turn the temp knob and take a look at the motor and see if it is turning,if it is, you need to have the temp door replaced,hope this helps
