Question about 1990 Cadillac SeVille
Sounds like your going to have to replace the ignition tumbler,that is if your key has the small chip in it mounted in rubber,if you would like to disable it for good you can just buy another cylinder with key and plug it into the harness under the dash that runns up to your current tumbler and just put the key in the on position in the new tumbler and just tuck the whole thing up under your dash and the car will think the key is in the ignition and disable the alarm and your normal key will just start the car as normal,hope this helps
