Question about 2002 Ford Ranger Regular Cab
I would suggest cleaning the throttle body before adjusting anything, disconnect the air cleaner assembly from the engine and have somebody hold the gas pedal to the floor with the engine off and use some carb cleaner and spray it on a rag and clean all the black stuff out of the throttle body that is just beyond the throttle plate that opened when your helper pushed down the gas pedal, that should cure your low idle problem, hope this helps
