Question about 1994 Cadillac Seville
Hello: It sounds like you have carbon build up in the throttle body. Get a can of good carburettor cleaner, remove the rubber hose from the air cleaner box and from the Throttle body. Hold the throttle plate open, spray carb cleaner on a rag, wipe off black carbon from both sides of plate and clean the bore of the throttle body, do not spray the cleaner into the throttle body cause if you get too much you could hydro lock the engine and destroy it. After you clean it turn key on (engine off) for 10 seconds turn ignition off, do this a TOTAL OF THREE TIMES.
