You have a heater in the back? It may be a coolant feed from the engine to the rear heater.

Water leak rear passenger wheel

IF YOU HAVE REAR HEAT AND A/C THERE ARE 2 LINES THAT RUN UNDER CAR ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK PASSENGER SIDE WHEEL WELL!! THEY DO ROT OUT!!. YOU COULD REPLACE OR JUST CLAMP OFF LINE, BUT YOU WOULD NOT HAVE REAR HEAT. THE LINE HAS ANTIFREEZE IN IT. CONNECT THE 2 LINES TOGETHER TO COMPLETE THE LOOP

Trans leak from dip sick

Could be damage from jacking vehicle to change tires. Sometimes lift kits are installed to match oversize tires and clearance might be messed up by putting on smaller tires. Any chance dipstick was already leaking?

Coolant leaking from back where spare tire is in 1998 ford expeditin

Of course you have a heater core in the rear on the left side. And you could have a leak in one of the lines going to the core. Get under the EX with a light and look carfully for a rusted line.

There could be a number of places the water could be coming from does the leak start from front and work its way back?
Try the following -

. A faulty seal at the bodywork joints below the reinforcing panel may allow water entry in the area of the side trim panel and bulkhead.
Check the area for faulty sealing. If necessary, seal the bodywork joints with sealer.

start with the easiest.

hah...trust me, make sure the hoses are attached to the t-stat housing and see if you have fluid leaking behind passenger tire (2.5L v6) if so, it's most likely your water pump weephole so your water pump is bad. try sebringclub.net for help. (or .com, not sure) hope this helps.
