Have the blower motor checked to see if there is voltage to the motor,if there is not the blower module is most likely the problem,it is right next to the blower motor ,wires from the blower motor will go right to it,if there is voltage to the blower motor, then the blower motor is bad, sometimes, not always,if you bump the blower motor with your hand while it is on,and it starts trying to work, this will tell you that the blower motor is most certainly bad.

How do you know if your blower resistor is bad?

Unlikely a blower motor resistor problem. If the resistor is faulty. the fan speeds will not work/fail on the lower speeds. High speed will normally always work. If the fan is non operational suspect a fan motor issue.Bad fan motor/switch/wiring to it

Air conditioner just stopped blowing

If the blower doesnt blow at all it is probably the resistor, but could be the blower motor or switch you can trouble shoot this with a meter.

When im driving down the road and stop at a red light/stop sign, my air conditioner doesnt do anything. when i take off and driving, it puts col cold air out but not blowing though. is this a fuse or relay...

If the blower is actually not operating i.e. you don't hear the fan motor at all, it is likely a blown fuse. When you stop if the air gets warm, it could be an indication that the system is getting low on freon.

Air conditioner doesnt blow air

You don't say what year or model, but most of the time it's caused by a bad blower resistor module. Look for it under the right side of the dash on the HVAC housing. Look also for any burnt wires that may be attached to it.

Try and get some refrigerant without stop leak and fill it up, or check the blower motor fan which is in the dashboard.

Ac doesnt work

Might be a loose connection - Or simply the blower motor - In which case the blower motor would need to be replaced.

Air conditioner blower stopped blowing

It could be a fuse, or the blower motor resistor.

Air Conditioner Problem

I would use a multimeter and check if the voltage changes at the blower motor, as you turn up the blower speed on the controls. If it goes up, you need a blower motor. If not, the a/c amplifier.
